Our October Stated Communication was
Past Master’s night. Right Worshipful Garnett Bailey was in the East,
Worshipful Don Ritenour was in the West, Worshipful
Wayne Moreland was in the South, and they did a wonderful job. I was
happy to be present when Past Masters are on the floor, you can always
learn from them.
Right Worshipful Garnett Bailey read
the resolutions from the Grand Lodge and discussed it with the members
present. Everyone voted either for or against, the
majority will rule and the wishes of Lodge will be carried out. If
anyone would like to read the results of each resolution, check with the
Secretary. November will be a busy
month. I hope to be able to do another 2nd Degree and a 3rd Degree. There
will be light refreshments for the 2nd
Degree and a dinner for the 3rd Degree.
Our regular
monthly lodge dinner will be Turkey with the trimmings, November 19th, 6
o’clock. Contact Jim Newcomer if you plan to attend. I hope everyone will
try to attend and I look forward to seeing you there.
